7:00 AM: Wake up

1:00 PM to 5:00 PM: Drink 24 ounces of water and eat a high-fiber snack
5:30 PM: Eat a chopped salad with a protein of choice and drink a glass of water
6:30 PM: Take a sitz or full body bath
